In honor of LGBTQIA+ History Month, MedPride and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion have invited Dr. Nelson Sanchez from the Weill-Cornell School of Medicine to join us virtually to present his interactive lecture entitled "Case-Based Review of LGBTQ-Inclusive Climate Initiatives."

During this talk we will:

• Discuss current barriers to LGBTQ trainee and faculty inclusion in academic settings


• Identify best practices in implementing LGBTQ inclusion in academic settings, including education, research, and leadership
