The seminar will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025, at 11:00am in Arizona Health Sciences Center room 8403.

Ever wonder how your brain decides when to start and stop eating? Most methods for studying appetite are too slow to catch the crucial neural circuits in action. Join Ranier Gutiérrez, PhD, professor at the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico, as he unveils their new, high-resolution technique to help uncover how the brain controls appetite and the allure of highly palatable foods.
