The University of Arizona's College of Medicine-Tucson Department of Physiology presents the Seminars in Translational and Advanced Research (STAR) series, hosting Dr. Dennis Mathew from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Dr. Mathew's seminar will focus on the mechanisms by which insulin signaling mediates hunger-dependent modulation of olfactory neuron function and animal behavior. This research offers insights into the neural mechanisms underlying flexible and adaptive behavior.
The seminar will be held in-person on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 11:00 am in AHSC 8403.
The lecture will also be available via Zoom.
