My Journey with the Physiology and Medical Sciences Program
Taking PSIO 201 (Anatomy & Physiology I) as a freshman made me fall in love with the subject. I changed my major to Physiology & Medical Sciences shortly after and this passion grew. This program has inspired me to pursue a career in healthcare and I have made so many valuable connections that have helped me move closer to my goals. All of the professors, staff and teaching assistants are incredibly supportive and motivating. The community I have found through this program has helped me grow not only academically but also as a person. I am extremely thankful to the opportunities I have found through this program and the people I have met that continue to renew my love for science and healthcare.

After graduation I will be attending the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson as a member of the Honors Early Acceptance Program (HEAP) cohort 7. I am currently interested in emergency and family medicine.
